Home equity loan experience was horrible…
So much has gone wrong since working with LoanSnap and my broker, Jared. The team barely communicated with me despite countless requests for the process. I only ever knew the NEXT step, no matter how hard I tried. Then the portals and communications have been switched multiple times while working with them. Lastely, and the kicker, I ve ended my loan process with 1 completed loan, and 2 SERVICERS that don't communicate well either! Jared was great and kept mus informed as our refinance process moved forward. He was able to get us a great rate and more cash than we had expected.
Had to refi out of a rate the was adjusting in October. Process was incredibly easy!! Jared made the experience better than I could have ever imagined. He was always in communication and delivered on everything he said. I have been in the Home Lending business for 15 years and know when service is exceptional and designed for the customer experience. Rate was competitive. Would recommend with 5 stars.
