Refiance went smoothly and quickly. It was our first refiance so we were unsure what to expect. It took less than a month. This company represented themselves as Bank of America in a letter to me. Since I have a mortgage with that bank, I assumed it was from them. Finally, at the bottom of the page, the letter is signed from Loandrone, Inc.
