Rick and his team at Loandrone were fantastic to work with. From the first phone call to the day our refi mortgage funded, all my questions were answered promptly. RICK IS THE BEST!!!! I was almost through a refinance with another company when a friend recommended Rick R*****, as she had just completed her own refinance with him. WOW am I glad I listened to her....Rick was super-communicative, honest, and very clear on what I could expect. He was also reassuring when I was sure what he was telling me was too good to be true. I am self-employed as a real estate agent, and Rick R***** closed my loan in 22 days—typical refinance deals usually take 30-45 days for me. He also got me the best rate around. In fact, my friends were half way through their refinance at a full 1.25% higher than my rate. I got them to switch to Rick and he got them the same great rate—Beating the other lenders by 1.25% is HUGE!!! I will use him again for sure ( if I ever refi again)—and I will certainly refer him again!

Excellent experience. The refinance rate they obtained for me was rock bottom - lower than the lowest rate I found anywhere else. Their communication was exceptional and they processed the refinance smoothly and professionally. I could not ask for more.
