I used these guys to secure my mortgage for my new house. They were knowledgable and accessible. Since they are a broker they will give you greater access to companies who offer mortgages. I will say this they work at a "million" miles an hour. While my real estate guy will take 30 minutes to explain things to me I feel as if you have 30 seconds with these people and the call is over. It wasn't a big deal for me because my real estate agent used these people a ton and he would explain any extraneous questions I had.
