Very sloppy! Communication was poor, when I called to finally get an update she apologized for not calling me and keeping informed. Wasnt suppose to bring any cash to the table, had tons of equity in the refi, but all of a sudden was told it was done with cash out of pocket. Closing was rescheduled so they could get it right. Day of closing the closing attorney never showed up, smh, lost a day of work. Due to Covid sometimes there was a little breakdown in communications. But I always had at least two people assisting me through the Loan procedure. My Loan Officer and his boss did an excellent job in assisting me with all my needs expeditiously. Very professional and accommodating. Great loan benefits especially for a Veterans widow.
We were able to refinancing with Loan Depot after trying and failing with another company. Their process was much more straightforward and we were able to do so with less paper work and better terms. We are happy with our new mortgage and couldn't have done so with out Loan Depot

Paperwork process was a piece of cake. **** was VERY unprofessional and not enjoyable to deal with. ***** was condescending every time you spoke with her. It took over 6 weeks to close our simple refinance and another week to get our money.
