Very responsive, clear on the details and information and made me feel comfortable with the home buying process.
I've never been with someone in the loan department that have Been so unprofessional. I've only given them 3 mortgage payments. They reverse my charges. Don't take my payment I had to call them three times Every time they say they will take it out in 24 to 48 hours. Now I'm at the end of the month and they call me while I'm at work making the money to pay them for next month and now they finally take my payment Please do not let anyone sell your loan to them I have never been so upset with a bank in my life
