Hung up on me when I requested to be removed. Called back and verified I was removed but I was getting at least 10 calls a day and I didn't even request to be contacted by phone!
You might get a loan offer, but it won't happen quickly. The terms might keep changing, but you won't be kept apprised. Communication is horrible, with you and between loanDepot employees working on your loan. And when you do get calls from the company, they might be from people who don't speak English very well or very clearly. You might be asked to resubmit documents you've already submitted and answer questions you've already answered, several times. A bad company is defined by operating deficiencies like this. For some reason loan depot calls me every half hr, even though I requested not to. Even with my repeated request within the active call they still try to sell a loan that I made clear I dont want. NUISANCE COMPANY
