Cheryl was a complete nightmare from start to finish. Very rude and unprofessional. Tyler the manager isn't much better. Buyer beware! Definitely get a mortgage elsewhere! If I could give 0 stars I would.

John and Ben are a superior team. This was our second time using their services with Loan Depot and they were able to get our mortgage approved in 30 day record time with a super interest rate. We appreciated their patience with us due to limited computer skills. Their communication skills were great, especially by phone and texts. We rate them 5 star and couldn't ask for better service.
