This is the worst service ever. We have been waiting on Wayne Hurt to finalize paperwork for closing to sell our house to his client. He disappears for days at a time. He won't return phone calls. We we're supposed to close February 25, then March 6th, then the 13th and then the 20th. His client finally ditched him and now we will actually close on the 20th. He didn't file any paperwork and only makes it seem like you'll close.
Ok so this company is a scam to me and my family. We were referred to them and it was the worst decision we ever made in life. My husband an I had 11k to buy a home. We were doing a 203k loan. I was 1.5yrs out of bk and was told I could go on the loan no problem right, but so wrong. We got a preapproval letter and found a home but they waited so long on the loan that the sellers backed out and didn't return our $1500 earnest, Inspection, and appraisal money al gone. For 90 days I jumped through every hoop they asked me to. Provided and reprovided the same paperwork when they lost it. And then they canceled my mortgage without notice or explanation. I have every intention on taking this company to small claims court to recoup my losses.
They had me believing I could lower my mortgage payment AND pay off all my other debt and have money left over. They sent papers to sign and required an appraisal be done, payable to them, almost $500. THEN,two days later, stated I didn’t qualify for the loan we discussed and could only raise my payment by $3 and only pay off a portion of what we discussed. They got me for being stupid and $500. Website sucks. Login always sits at hang tight, blah blah blah and they are closed on Sundays so guess what,, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE for you and you can't do squat on the site. Go find a new lender
