Graham's service is outstanding. I was simply after advice in buying a home; he returned my call that night and continued to work with me for a resolution. I didnt take his services ONLY because I was already engaged with a bank lender and simply needed guidance. Graham is such a nice, down to earth guy and was more than happy to provide the assistance and advice I needed free of charge. I would take up his services as a Mortgage Broker in a heartbeat and will do so if needed in the near future.
Graham is an absolute legend who really knows what is doing. Can't recommend him enough! He was able to get a pretty complex application approved by the banks for us and was so thorough in making sure he had all the required documents, always making sure to set realistic expectations and communicated openly. Graham is awesome to deal with. He found me the solution I needed with minimum of effort from me required. My circumstances, to say the least, were challenging for Graham, but he got me the required results and kept me fully updated during the process. He also dealt with other third parties on my behalf, saving the time and challenges of doing that. I Can not recommend Graham highly enough.
