Thanks to Michael we got finance unconditionally approved within a week from receiving our form 1. I was in probation at work after almost 2 years out of work after having 2 babies back to back. Alot of lenders would have wanted me to wait till my probationary period was up but Michael managed to get everything approved! Very happy with the result. Thanks Michael. Special thanks to Princess for following up on technical issues we had with the application too

Michael and his team were excellent. They were very professional, prompt, and made allowances for my partner and my tricky schedule for meetings. They answered all our questions in a timely fashion no matter how silly they were. It was great to have someone we could trust to provide solid advice. Would recommend to anyone, but especially young first home buyers trying to navigate the system.

Highly recommend! Michael was recommended to us for our first home and we couldn't be happier.
