I had my Invisalign/braces done with Dr. Tong's office, and I still get my teeth cleaned regularly here too. All the staff genuinely get to know each and every person that comes in, so I've always felt welcome and taken care of! My teeth were straightened with good timing; the staff aligned my appointment schedule with my brother's (who was also getting braces there) and were considerate of whenever I had to postpone appointments to leave town. I got braces with Dr. Tong. I was having crowding on the bottom and my teeth weren’t looking straight after wisdom teeth removal a long time ago. I went with the traditional metal brackets because I’m fairly bad about wearing an invisialign trays. The experience was great here. The staff is kind and funny while being professional. Everything was explained to me every visit I was there. After 21 months, my braces are out and my teeth are straight. Very happy with the work here. Highly recommend.
