All of the dentists here were great! We had some minor issues with insurance, but the front desk helped resolve them in just a few weeks. If you are getting braces or Invisalign, it is best to take some pain relief beforehand, though most of your appointments will be pain-free. Very good services and orthodontists!
I had my Invisalign/braces done with Dr. Tong's office, and I still get my teeth cleaned regularly here too. All the staff genuinely get to know each and every person that comes in, so I've always felt welcome and taken care of! My teeth were straightened with good timing; the staff aligned my appointment schedule with my brother's (who was also getting braces there) and were considerate of whenever I had to postpone appointments to leave town.
