Unprofessional, and disappointing experience. I did not get my hair done on the day I was scheduled due to time set backs and finally her just canceling my appointment for that day. Communication is horrible. Was told I would be compensated for my 45 min drive and 3 hour wait but she stopped responding. After multiple texts still nothing . My process to even secure an appointment was unsatisfactory. Maybe maintain a functional website or get an assistant. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. My extensions look so natural, and the style is exactly what I wanted—sleek, beautiful, and full of volume. The atmosphere was incredibly welcoming and relaxing. If I could give 100 stars I definitely would. The Locin Lo never disappoints. She started both my son and I locs and we haven’t went to anyone else since. She is truly the definition of the GOAT!!!
