my boyfriend went in for a recurring eye infection, told the doctor what he had, and Dr. Deborah Mackersie STILL misdiagnosed him! What waste of money considering both of the appointments were expensive as hell! Not to mention, the pills she prescribed, SOMETHING HE DID NOT NEED, were $115 and the eye drops - which she prescribed after her mistake - were only $9. Dr. Deborah, you’re not always correct, listen to your patients and quit wasting their money.
They were very knowledgeable and friendly.
They are good as quite thorough but I have yet to come to one of their locations; Coolidge, Grand Ledge, & Lake Lansing where they are not running at least 20min behind. Also, the price of glasses here is higher than average and they will not honor competitors coupons.
Everyone there has been absolutely wonderful with my 12 year old son who is experiencing opthalmic migraines, and lost his vision for a couple days. They explained everything and went above and beyond to get him into U of M the same day.
Doctor Wilhelm explained my cataract surgery and had me well prepared. Then he personally called me in the evening to see how I was doing and if I had any questions. On my post-op visit I was given a small vase of flowers. Love the results of left eye and looking forward to having the right one done in less than two weeks.
The doctor consistently runs 45-60 minutes late. They need to work on their scheduling. To be there an hour and a half for a 20 minute exam and consultation is ridiculous.
