I had an appointment they pick out for me today. I walked in the place was PACKED with people. I guess they think their income is more important then the health of all of their customers. I walked in with my mask on (everyone had one I could see) I went to the front desk and she offered to come around to help with signing on with the Kiosk. My husband is a welder and he got some metal in his eye, the doctor got it out and was great but they are still sending us bills in the mail when we paid upfront because we do not have optical insurance.

RecommendedDr Wilhelm did cataract and Tori’s lens surgery in both eyes. I can see many than I ever had in my entire life ... and without glasses. The folks at the Battle Creek office were efficient and effective. Special shoutout to Colleen Kelly who set everything up logistically and Brian who conducts first-class testing.

I got here early for my appointment, was forced to use a kiosk, and now they are more than 10 minutes late calling me in. It's definitely time to find a new eye doctor.
