My daughter had her nails done for graduation tomorrow and they are the worst looking set I’ve ever seen! I saw that someone recommended this shop on the Nextdoor app and unfortunately it was a terrible job! Her nails were supposed to be gel but yet they were still wet when I picked her up and my daughter was too annoyed to go back and have it redone... so big waste of $40! Don’t waste your time here!
We had appointments. Two of the four people in our party sat with feet in water for 1 1/2 hours and never got a pedicure. One worker was sick and kept running to the restroom with stomach problems so the most important person in the party never got the pedicure let alone the manicure we had scheduled. The customer service was great, but the quality of my nails was poor. The man, Tom, that did my pedicure and gel manicure was so busy looking around the shop that my nails turned out very uneven and lumpy looking polish. He missed a lot of spots where clear polish should have been on my toes. My gel manicure was also not good. It has only been 2 days and polish is peeling because he missed spots when polishing.
