The first time I’ve been to this shop I got a nail in my tire my, this past previous time I just went to the shop. My door got scratched up my door handle got stretched and a $2000 job got done that was not the problem but I don’t wanna take my car back because I’m worried about my car scratched up and he already don’t want to pay for the damages his employees did. When you go to the shop? Remember, he has young and unexperienced mechanics there
I’ve debated making this review but they are a true scam & I’m paying for it . I was referred to the shop because I needed tire rods replaced. Of course they came back with a billion things wrong . I decided to get the oil & filter change replaced. I usually go to Conrad’s for that with no issues , Chris then informed me with my mileage I should get higher quality oil and since I was getting other work I might as well . The only reason. I'm giving 3 stars is because my hummer was mis diagnosed & it took them 2 hours to do so. Outside of all that the customer service was extremely excellent they answer all you questions with no frustration. Professional and willing to work with you on price. I will use the again
Of course Ms Tara was on point! We eventually got down to thee root of the problem. Met the owner immediately could confirm that he’s a solid brother. Hopefully the workers understand that they are representing the owner and Ms Tara.
