I had a great experience with LMS Mechanical Services. They came out quickly, diagnosed the issue with my blower fan, and had it repaired without any hassle. My technician, Stephen, was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain exactly what had failed and what needed to be done. He worked efficiently, left everything clean, and had my A/C back up and running in no time. I have been using LMS for years to support my business. They are always quick to respond and are always fair with pricing. I appreciate that they will always try to repair the AC unit if possible and not just require you to buy a new one. Great company!!

You may be great at HVAC services, but your drivers are terrible. One of them felt it was appropriate to drive on the shoulder of the freeway for a half mile in heavy traffic, just to cut everyone off. As though their time is more important than any of ours. Better get a handle on this before they either damage somebody’s car or worse, hurt someone or themselves with their reckless driving.

Unsafe drivers and management doesn't seem to care. One of their drivers was tailgating vehicles doing over 80mph on I-11. Tried to call in twice and born times they hung up on me as soon as i mentioned a driver complaint.
