Had someone try to steal my car Saturday, was picked up Monday, all repairs done and I drove home Friday. Super friendly, great quotes on other work I wanted done. Highly recommend.
Tried to get an estimate for repairs. Four days, no contact from the shop, no estimate. Had to call multiple times myself. Gave me some sorry excuse about their system being down. For the entire week. How are you still in business if your “system” goes out for a week at a time. And in the end, I was told that they have way too much work to get to my car.
