I have been living at the apartments on Jerry St. For a couple of months and so far everything is going great. Officially moved out from these apartments and the provided a bogus separation letter in order to keep the deposit. It took them 2 months almost 3 months to provided the separation letter . When tenants contact property manager a month ago regarding the letter he was very rude and stated the “apartment had severe damage” . I lived here for 1 year and it was the worst experience ever. I would not recommend to do business with LMP properties. Unprofessional management, does not stay on top of maintenance requests, scam you by keeping security deposit even though we had the apartment professional cleaned when moving out. Please take my advice and do not give these people your money.
