Poor customer service, no internet capabilities, front desk staff put off by their mistake and upset when I did not want to discuss my health issues in front of all the people waiting to be seen. I expect nothing less from all area’s of LMH services and need to go outside of Lawrence for health care. In this town, it feels like my healthcare is a business.
