Very nice and clean, making an appointment was a breeze, called on a Monday and got scheduled for Friday of that same week. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the nice front desk lady and a couple of minutes later a very nice technician name Kerie came and took me back to get my exam done. She was very prompt, kind and knowledgeable. She explained the process to me and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The entire exam took less than 2 minutes, she was wonderful and i had a great experience.
Quick service and takes walk-ins as well
I want to recognize a few of the staff members at LMG Imaging Center Lansdowne for how warm and friendly, while also professional, they were with me in all of my interactions with them. I first spoke to Nikki on the phone to make sure my insurance was all in order. She was helpful and very nice, which is why I asked her name after we’d finished sorting out the insurance. If I could give less than one star I would. I had a biopsy and pin placement in my breast for what would turn out to be breast cancer. However, this group at LMG Imaging (1) could not find a tumor and (2) does not list the address on Sandridge Way as one of their facilities so my insurance (BCBS) indicated they were out of plan and would not pay for my services. Funny thing is I have been to this exact location each year since 2022 and my insurance (which has not changed in that entire time) paid for the service each time. T... read more
The woman working the front desk working on Friday 1/24/2025 At 3:40 was absolutely disrespectful. She was sighing to whoever she was on the phone with and absolutely disrespectful to my husband child and myself. We had to have the pediatric office from downstairs fix the problem and then she still was disrespectful after the fact. I think she needs to have a conversation with her manager regarding respect for patients.
