I want to recognize a few of the staff members at LMG Imaging Center Lansdowne for how warm and friendly, while also professional, they were with me in all of my interactions with them. I first spoke to Nikki on the phone to make sure my insurance was all in order. She was helpful and very nice, which is why I asked her name after we’d finished sorting out the insurance. If I could give less than one star I would. I had a biopsy and pin placement in my breast for what would turn out to be breast cancer. However, this group at LMG Imaging (1) could not find a tumor and (2) does not list the address on Sandridge Way as one of their facilities so my insurance (BCBS) indicated they were out of plan and would not pay for my services. The woman working the front desk working on Friday 1/24/2025 At 3:40 was absolutely disrespectful. She was sighing to whoever she was on the phone with and absolutely disrespectful to my husband child and myself. We had to have the pediatric office from downstairs fix the problem and then she still was disrespectful after the fact. I think she needs to have a conversation with her manager regarding respect for patients. My Dr send me to this location for 3 years ago. The employees are friendly.But every time they charge my credit card first before starting the process. Every time they charge the price overpriced that my insurance gives me to pay so I called many times to bring my money back . I was waiting 3 or 4 months to get my money back. This year it was happening the same they charge overpaid until now half year. I will call them to get my money back I am so bored and will look another place.
