Dinah was such a blessing in our mortgage process and was always so helpful during the process. She would always answer our questions and would always be quick to respond. Dinah is a very smart and wonderful person to work with! We had such an amazing experience working with her!
The best bank there is! The guy who normally works the front desk is very nice and kind I highly recommend this bank they’ve never given me any issues.
Do not work with banks that charge ridiculous fees for silly things, it's just a corporate excuse to take your money for no reason. LMCU charges monthly "dormancy" fees for not "using" your bank account and then will close your bank account once those fees have exhausted the funds within it. I just got off the phone with them and found out my account was closed that way and my money is in their pockets.
Always pleasant and prompt. Great service and maintains a home-town feel to banking. The Ada branch has been a nice downtown Ada addition.
