I'm giving a 5 for Valerie Thimothee MD for the treatment I received on 12/29/2025. However, the front desk associates rate a 0. The administrative hassle I encountered was substantial. Worst of all was being sent to the LMC occupational health facility whereby I arrived there and discovered they could not assist me at all. Some strong advice: If you have great health insurance like my United Health Care Medicare Advantage plan, please use it. I had one of the best healthcare experiences I’ve ever had here. I brought my child in for a minor injury, and he was seen immediately—no waiting, no stress. Every member of the staff was kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. The doctor was exceptional—eager to help, wonderful with my child, and checked on him multiple times to make sure everything was okay.
