***UPDATE*** I went to Emergency Dental Care USA. What an incredibly positive and friendly experience. That place wanted my business. A hospital or a clinic is a business. You pay for the service you receive. It is unacceptable to make people in need feel unwanted when they are paying for the service.*** The ladies working the desk and the greeter were very friendly. They were quick, clean place too
Came in because I have been sick for two weeks and “supportive care” at home wasn’t helping me. Tam, the triage nurse, argued with me about how I felt and basically told me I was a hypochondriac. The physician assistant, Slotter, told me it was a “cold” and to take some theraflu. I told her in the past what had helped me and she out right refused to give it to me.
