I'm giving a 5 for Valerie Thimothee MD for the treatment I received on 12/29/2025. However, the front desk associates rate a 0. The administrative hassle I encountered was substantial. Worst of all was being sent to the LMC occupational health facility whereby I arrived there and discovered they could not assist me at all. Some strong advice: If you have great health insurance like my United Health Care Medicare Advantage plan, please use it. Don't even bother trying to go here. The wait time is absolutely horrendous! The care is good but waiting for hours is a no go for me. I will never ever go to this place again! Ridiculous wait time every single time I've been here. Worst ever.
Michelle Helm or Michelle Heim a RN who took my sons vitals on 12/22/2025 and tested him for flu, covid, &rsv was not welcoming, had no compassion for a sick four year old child. She treated my child like a annoyance. Frustrated he moved his arm while taking his blood pressure. Expressed that frustration to him as well. I went there today to have x-rays done. I was treated so well. From the receptionist helping me locate my glasses and making sure I received my CD to Lori R with her encouraging bed side manner. They definitely improved my day out.
They are horrible would recommend the Lexington urgent care
