I arrived at the urgent care at 7:45, they close at 8. I explained the nurse who asked me why I needed to be seen and her response was that we close at 8! Wow never knew this was possible at an urgent care to turn a patient around! Never will I come here again! Horrible service
I went to this urgent care to get tested after a tick bite. First they tried talking me out of the test saying I was fine. I had symptoms and a wound on my foot. They come to draw blood the lady pretended to draw blood and said sorry I cant get any out of you ! Of coarse not the needle aint go in the skin. I went in the next day and there was a line of ppl who "couldn't give blood yesterday" then I go on my chart and the notes say I that I say the opposite of what I said and it shows they called me and spoke to me. Worst place to go. BETTER OFF GOING TO A ER THEN WAIT THERE. SHOULD BE SHUTDOWN!!!!
I'm giving a 5 for Valerie Thimothee MD for the treatment I received on 12/29/2025. However, the front desk associates rate a 0. The administrative hassle I encountered was substantial. Worst of all was being sent to the LMC occupational health facility whereby I arrived there and discovered they could not assist me at all. Some strong advice: If you have great health insurance like my United Health Care Medicare Advantage plan, please use it.
