Customer service very poor specially the scarborough site..ir request where i can send my medical autorization they told me they will send it but i did not recieve any email or sms message i make a follow up call but no one answer for 45mins..and back again still no one take the call..in the end i didnt able to send the autorization that i want to the phycisian..very poor customer service.
My doctor is great. My one star rating is for the LMC fee portal page and no human contact number. First, the fee portal page does not send patients a receipt for the fees they paid. It accepts our payment but no confirmation email or receipt is sent to us. We require these to send to insurance companies for reimbursement. Who do we ask about that?
