They’ll even ask you to email them to find out what happened and then just like the clinic itself ignore your email response. Don’t bother sending an email to them after they say they are sorry to hear “please email us at..”. Want to email the doctor $50 Want the doc to fill a form you need for a prescription $45 It operates like a private healthcare clinic. Every situation feels brand new to them and they can’t help you. I have 2 emails waiting for responses and I don’t think they’ll be coming
I've been waiting weeks for a prescription renewal for my CGM and there's no way for me to contact them. The pharmacy even said they have been having a lot of problems with LMC as well lately. The last time the pharmacist even had to override the system to make sure I got my CGM on time but they obviously can't keep doing it repeatedly.
