My doctor sent a referral to LNC on my behalf. Since then I have tried calling, texting and emailing several times. There was no reply. Enduring hundreds of short repetitive clips of jazz and a message assuring me that my call was really important to them, I waited on the phone for nearly two hours as the next in line but finally gave up at 5 pm. Unprofessional, cancelled appointment without explanation. Would not recommend.!
New to Ottawa and was looking for a Chiropodist. LMC Footcare was in my neighborhood so decided to give it a try. Made and appointment and had my first visit to this clinic in Dec 2022. The service provided was acceptable. Made a another appointment for 8 weeks later. Arrived at the clinic but was told I did not have an appointment. I insisted I did, however the receptionist told me that the appointment was probably cancelled because I did not pay.
