In 33 years of visiting doctors, surgeons, and physicians, I’ve never experienced service as odd as what I encountered with Dr. Mok. I was referred here by my family doctor to have a spot on my lip biopsied and removed. Let's start by saying he did a great job fixing a mistake by another doctor. Stitches in my arm. Well done. However this doctor had an outburst with me just prior to surgery. He told me there would be a fee of $350.00 for the small in incision and stitches. I said thats fine. Im sending the bill to the first doctor that made the mistake. He abruptly stood up , threw the gooseneck lamp up, turned it off which was right beside me and told me to loose my anger issues. I can assure you I did not speak in any anger. One of the best experiences I have ever had. Dr Mok was very gentle and through. Nurse Helene was exceptional. She was kind and explained everything to me beforehand and held my hand throughout the procedure. I would not hesitate to recommend this Doctor/Nurse team to any of my friends!
