In 33 years of visiting doctors, surgeons, and physicians, I’ve never experienced service as odd as what I encountered with Dr. Mok. I was referred here by my family doctor to have a spot on my lip biopsied and removed. After shining a bright light directly into my eyes for several minutes and asking no questions about the spot itself, Dr. Mok asked if I had lip filler. One of the best experiences I have ever had. Dr Mok was very gentle and through. Nurse Helene was exceptional. She was kind and explained everything to me beforehand and held my hand throughout the procedure. I would not hesitate to recommend this Doctor/Nurse team to any of my friends!
Sue is a great receptionist and very helpful. Love Dr Mok’s nurse. Very caring and does a super job at making you feel comfortable. Dr Mok is very professional and competent . They’re a great team.
Dr. Mok removed “benign lesion” from my face (between nose & cheek). He was very gentle, explained the freezing & I felt comfortable in his capable hands. The nurse Helene explained the procedure & was very kind & caring. The receptionist was very pleasant & gave excellent directions to locate the office & parking. I would recommend Dr Mok & his staff.
