L&M Home Comfort came to my girlfriend and my home after the AC stopped working in the middle of the night. Their technician diagnosed a leaking evaporator coil and claimed the system had frozen because of the leak. We were told the system was approximately 5 pounds low on refrigerant and were quoted over $1,300 just to add refrigerant and UV dye, with 3 hours of labor.
