Nik and Ashleigh are simply the best! The gym is very chill and has everything you need. I especially love the outside gym and the studio. 🙌🏼🙌🏼
I have been going here for 3 months and it has been great! The gym is clean, has solid equipment, and the staff is very friendly. Miggy is my personal trainer and he has been awesome since day one, he listens to my goals, answers all my questions and always checks in.
Love it here! Facilities are top notch and there’s even a spa area with a cold plunge and sauna which is ideal for post-workout. I’ve been taking the semi-private lessons with Neill and Jason and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Their workouts are intense but I always feel great afterwards, and I can honestly say I’ve never been in better shape. Best gym in LA!
