Great price, friendly staff and large clean space. I rented this for my mother's 60th birthday party and everyone really enjoyed themselves and the space.

LM Events was a pleasure to work with! The venue was clean and unique, a very accommodating space for birthday gatherings, showers, etc. Comparable in price with lots to offer (tables, chairs, full kitchen, small bonus room). Location was perfect and attractive. Access to suite was painless and cleanup very easy. Would highly recommend and will be using again!
HIGHLY RECOMMEND LM Events to hold ANY type of celebration you may want to have. We just rented this space to celebrate my daughter’s 16th birthday. The space was very clean and very will stocked with tables and chairs. Having the separate room with a refrigerator, counter space for food and a double sink is a BIG PLUS. We will use this space again in the future!!!
I would highly recommend this place for any party event! Communication was great and fast. Space was very cleaned, came with full kitchen, bluetooth speaker, tables and chairs! You can’t beat the price. I would book again in the future!
