Went there to have my 84 month Toyota battery serviced and got anything but. Walked into the service area and asked about the battery warranty and was advised they were too busy to check my battery and I’d need to schedule an appointment to have them test the battery. The folks at Lloyd's Toyota were helpful as can be. I had a key fob issue and my key fob system was after market. They couldn't do anything for me. BUT!! I appreciate 𝗧𝗲𝗿𝗿𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗰 𝗴𝘂𝘆 (sorry. Never caught your name) for helping out. My vehicle isn't screaming randomly anymore. Lol. We had an unexpected repair come up a few days before the 4th of July weekend, and every rental car in Jamestown was booked solid. The Toyota dealership went above and beyond by offering us a loaner car for a few days while our repair was being done at Klein’s Collision Center next door (a whole different story for another review). They didn’t have to do that, but their kindness and willingness to help made a stressful situation so much easier.
