Asked them to get our mower to fix.. took them 2 weeks.. I understand they are busy. Finally after 3 weeks of waiting for a call ,WE had to call and they had NO idea it was even there!! They had to look in back after we have a description and tag it! O.M.G... then after apologizing and saying they would get to it ASAP and give us a discount.. we got it back FULL CHARGE.. after another couple weeks.. with the wrong Name - wow- unbelievable! And I had people that need a good place around here, too
My grandfather took his weed eater and tiller to them. Was told the weed eater was junk as was his Troybilt tiller. Charged him 50.00 and did NOTHING. Took items to another place and a carb kit for the weed eater and points and coil for the tiller and both work like a charm. Wouldn’t recommend.
Recommendedlloyd's repair is the place to goto had issue with my mower went to talk to to them and they came to my house figured out what was up with it and then took it to the shop to fix it thanks again to you guys I really appreciate it
dont know correct belt size for my mower so trying to find correct belt for my mower so brought back belt twice to try to get correct size refunds my money and says hes not pmaying the belt game. poor service and no way to treat any custimer because he dont want to be bothered with belt issue.
