Helped me with some custom pieces - very great customer service and wonderful ladies who work there!
They replaced a stone in my wife's engagement ring and cleaned that and her anniversary band. I cannot stress enough......EXTREMELY affordable. The cleaning was impeccable. My wife and I now "have a jeweler ".
They could provide a restroom for customers who are buying something. Worst customer service ever to be denied use of a bathroom when you are in there buying their products. Unbelievable.
I recently went to Lloyd’s to fix my fathers watch. The staff was so welcoming and personable. They definitely have top notch service. I would recommend Lloyd’s to anyone. Thanks again for your outstanding work!!!!!!

I have been going here for many years. Rhonda and Heather are very knowledgeable and helpful. I have purchased from and had repairs done on older jewelry that I purchased before Leavenworth life. Always happy with their services. All repairs are done in house, I trust them with all jewelry needs.

Roy and I.just picked up our anniversary gifts to ome another and cannot say enough about the personal attention and time Rhonda gave us, not to mention help with purchasing our beautiful rings and they even sized them for us overnight to be able to wear them today on our wedding anniversary!
