Where do I start? Lloyd’s Heating and Cooling are hands down the best AC company in the area. After almost 19 years, my AC unit finally died. The entire unit had to be replaced. The task at hand was not easy. Terry (the owner) sent over a top-notch crew to tackle the job. It was a very challenging job. The space for the air handler was very tight. Lloyds installed a 5T Trane AC at my house back in 2011. They did a great job with install and 14 years later, the unit still runs perfect. Terry is amazing, and customer service and support is top notch.
I purchased a 3 ton Trane XR16 on recommendation for my house. Shawn was very knowledgeable about his products. He was very honest with what my home needed and clearly explained everything I didn't understand. I had many questions which he answered professionally.
