Lloyds installed a 5T Trane AC at my house back in 2011. They did a great job with install and 14 years later, the unit still runs perfect. Terry is amazing, and customer service and support is top notch.
I purchased a 3 ton Trane XR16 on recommendation for my house. Shawn was very knowledgeable about his products. He was very honest with what my home needed and clearly explained everything I didn't understand. I had many questions which he answered professionally. The installers were very friendly and professional. They kept me in the loop as to what was needed to complete the job and asked me before making any major decision. Great professional service
Terry came out and checked my system and gave me a fair price to replace the compressor, coils and fan motor. Then Jason and Tyler came and did a great job on the install. I would recommend Lloyd’s AC to anyone needing their AC replaced. It’s nice to work with a smaller company.
