Worst customer service experience ever. I wouldn’t trust them serving me French fries

I ordered flowers for my OB office this morning, thanking them for taking care of us nervous moms to be during this scary time. Lloyd’s called ( I missed the call), but they left the NICEST and most caring voicemail for me. 😢! Lloyd’s did my wedding 6 years ago and I have used Lloyd’s and recommended them ever since!
