Swapped account from HSBC after they closed it in Ashton Best decision ever. Been in twice and each time have experienced great customer service which is becoming increasingly rare it seems. Nothing too much trouble. Camille ( I think her name) really knows her stuff
Disgusting customer service, my elderly aunt was in on Monday and the machine went off in the bank. Losing her card in the machine taking her card she needed her money to get home, so she approached a member of staff and the response was unhelpful and rude not even as it wasn't their problem not even offered a phone call was just told to contact the bank which she was stood in she needed help and money to get home. Your machines shut down it's your responsibility to help the customers. A complaint has gone to head office.
The lady at Lloyd's was very helpful and polite. Got me sorted and out in no time. Spot on
