What was accomplished from my review was the very thing I had asked for in the start- to speak with Mr. Lloyd personally about the things transpiring with our account. Good besides to much time taken to get the vehicle
Won’t be my first choice any longer! I regret it
I bought a 2009 Buick Enclave and was having a few problems ( as with any used car) but Dave has made sure things were taken care of and their service people even sent someone to pick me up die to not having a ride when my vehicle was ready not sure if they do this all the time but I appreciated it. I recommend them .
they are really great people! we have 3 vehicles with them and have been really happy with our experience there.
Wild Bill was helpful and got me into my suv nice and easy!
I do not recommend this place at all. If you are late even one day they will come repo your vehicle they don’t care if you have kids or if your a senior in high school like me. They came and repossessed my vehicle at my school. They did not notify anyone. I had no way to get home and I couldn’t call anyone. My feelings were hurt that was my very 1st car and I had the money to give them for the payment. I realize I should’ve paid but these people have sympathy what so ever!
We worked with Bill who was such a great person to go through! Everyone we dealt with was so great! Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a used car.
