Bright apartments. Tall ceilings. A quiet place to call home. I’m enjoying my experience thus far. Reviewing after 7 months, Building maintenance isn’t up to cleanliness standards. Implemented restrictions are ridiculous punishments on tenants instead of stepping up and taking responsibility for their jobs. Other than that. Neighbors are pleasant and remains a quiet and peaceful community.

Beautiful lakefront apartments across from the street from a library, and within walking distance of my favorite restaurants in Menominee! Management is very kind as well.
