He did an excellent job throughout the entire selling process, including competitive analysis, scheduling home inspections, home fixup recommendations, arranging for staging, open house representation, follow-up with buyer agents and closing the deal. All of this was done during a difficult time, as the market climate was changing due to the rapid climb in mortgage rates. I was very glad to have Lloyd experience to navigate through the process.

We gave Lloyd a true mission impossible task for a realtor, as we were moving across the country buying a house unseen in the middle of a global pandemic in a white hot Bay Area housing market.
