The company that hires her is MCN - Medical Consultants Network. They have several locations in Wa state. I have had the unfortunate pleasure of meeting this woman twice. She cannot be trusted; she outright lies in her reports as well as straight to your face. I cannot stress enough - FIND ANOTHER DR!
