I've been a customer/policy holder for well over 10 years. When I first started driving I felt they were expensive as a young driver, but over time they became affordable and fair. Whenever I call or email the local office, they are always polite, quick to follow up, and answer my questions. Most times, I work with Philip, but I have no complaints about the other staff.
I have been with another insurance agency since I started driving which is over 20 years.I have been looking for a new agency but I couldn’t find what I was looking for which is low cost, great customer service and full coverage, until now.Phillip from State Farm as offered me all of those.I am so happy that I made the switch.
