Within 10 minutes after meeting Dr. Cutrera, I walked out of the appointment. I had a crown prep and ended up with a week of constant pain until I saw Dr. Cutrera to discuss a possible root canal. He did not know any of the background, barely looked at the x-ray and was rude and dismissive about even having to see patients. Nothing in Dr. Cutrera's professional manner gave me confidence in his ability to care for my tooth issue. I would warn folks and never recommend him going forward.
Dr. Bangsberg is the best dentist I have ever had. Starting with him in 1985 I continued until 2012, when I moved from Portland. I wish I could have taken him with me! He genuinely cares about this patients, is fair with them and does very fine work. The only thing I miss about Portland is his great dental care. His staff are also a pleasure to work with. He sets patients at ease, makes it all as painless as possible and has a wonderful dry sense of humor.
