In our medical system you can start to feel like a number. However Dr. Packia Raj made me feel so cared for. He is very compassionate and genuinely cares for his patients.
Dr. Packia Raj is the most competent knowledgeable doctor I have ever seen. He is kind and compassionate and really listens to your concerns during the appointment. He doesn't hurry you along to get to his next patient like so many other doctors do! I am extremely impressed with him and his office staff. If I could rate him higher than 5 stars I would do so in a heartbeat...speaking of hearts, his is huge!! What a great guy!!
The doctor treated the injury, but the administration aspect of the visits were a nightmare. Chart notes were NEVER written correctly for insurance to cover. Could not speak to anyone in the office via phone. Would always have to speak to the main Swedish line and nothing could ever be accomplished. Always felt like I was running around in circles trying to complete the administration aspect. That aspect alone wasted so much of my personal time and made the experience a nightmare.
