Zero chance I would ever recommend this doctor. She is consumed with her computer rarely, if ever, looking up for I’m her key board. It’s literally like talking to a wall. I was describing a problem I had and she said,”WAIT A MINUTE; I’m typing.” I understand that, if she types in my complaint and her view while in the room with me, she does not have to do it after I leave. That saves her time. However, I am concerned about my health and believing that she has heard me versus saving her time
This doctor can only write prescriptions and order tests. Do not expect any caring bedside manner or her listening to you. She was better years ago but has steadily deteriorated since joining her GROUP. What she calls a physical exam is cursory at best.
Please know that this Dr, has compassion, gained my trust, found a staff to work for her, that works for the patient. We, the patients, are treated with respect, and quality of care second to none. Anyone who walks through her doors will find a Dr who will listen, look at you,and not the computer. You will not be disappointed!
She is patient , kind and caring !!
So...... When was the last time you went to your Dr and She gave you a smile? When was the last time the staff treated you like a person not a number? I love this practice. I will tell everyone if you are looking for a Dr. who LOOKS at you, figures out what's wrong fixes the problem, oh and does not spend the appointment typing on the computer, this is the practice for you!
Dr. Llerena and her staff are best in class, care and everything. I would recommend my friends and family 11 outta 10 times.
