Does NOT communicate with patients or next of kin! Should change his name to Doctor Doom because he likes to only tell family members that their loved one is going to die instead of explaining what is going on. He insults intelligence of anyone who is not a doctor themselves. He REFUSES to give updates to next of kin! He LIES about the actions he has taken while "caring" for a patient when questioned. DO NOT TRUST THIS PERSON!
Great friendly staff and awesome Doctor who is very patience and listens to you and the waiting time that is long is very much worth it.
Despite the unfriendliness and rudeness of a couple of his staff, Dr LLanes is one awesome doctor. Of all the doctors I have seen throughout my life, he is the only one that takes his time with you and listens to you and answers all your questions...not just on your first appointment but on all your appointments. That is the reason I do not mind waiting for 3 to 4 hours before being called. The wait is worth it..
Cancels appointments without notifing the patient --poor staff corporation!
