The store associates here are awesome. The most knowledgeable store associates of any store I've met in a long time. Great customer service and exceeded my expectations.
This rating is based solely on the customer service experience from the store employees. From the very beginning, they did not communicate with the delivery driver despite me asking for a specific delivery window two weeks prior to the delivery date and being told that the time I requestd would be available. The delivery was late and the drivers told me the store did not communicate the requested delivery time; had they done so they would have happily accommodated it.
