The store is fantastic it's their installers that are terrible. They are flooring install america inc. They hire their employees illegally so they don't pay taxes. They don't have their subcontractor licences either. (With a few exceptions) They also withhold their checks from their employees when its the companys fault over a matter. It's also really a terrible experience working with them. They promise things they cannot afford to.
I'd shopped around a bit before lowes, home depot, and the like. It wasn't until I got to Lumber liquidators that a salesmen asked what room I was trying to floor and what type of flooring I wanted. I wanted a deal. Kevin at Lumber Liquidators got me the right flooring for my needs at a great price.
