Purchased flooring and picked up 1/2 of it to do a project. The flooring was great, the service was great. Sammual the store manager was very helpful and top notch when it came to his knowledge, the experience was as good as it can get. Covid hit and I could not pick up the other 1/2. The district manager sold the half I did not pick up, even though it was fully paid for. No contact, like," you have to pick this up or we are going to resell it".
