The problem isn't with the store associates. The problem is that I placed an order online. No confirmation, I called the store and was told with no confirmation=no order. So I reordered and headed in store to pick it. I get to the store and I'm told I placed two orders and the associate was unsure of what he or I should do so I went ahead with picking up my order since I was there and received half leaving the remainder for a second trip.
