I was told to order extra flooring and not to worry about the 90 day return policy. I informed him it could be a year or more and he said no problem. All they wanted was to make a sale. I had 7 extra boxes that I was told to buy and those are the ones wanted to return. The manage said he will not allow the return. I will find a new flooring store.
I have been coming to this store for years and every time I come, I get the best customer service. They are knowledgeable and attentive to my needs and wants. I highly recommend this story to anyone
